• To send SMS messages and emails regarding job openings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• To operate our automated Virtual Assistant for initial candidate screening via phone and SMS

4. SMS / Text Message Communications
4.1 Consent to Receive SMS
By uploading your resume to job boards such as Dice.com or Monster.com — which include terms of service permitting recruiter contact — you provide implied consent to be contacted by Solomons International via SMS regarding relevant job opportunities. You may also provide express consent by replying to an initial outreach message.
Message frequency will vary depending on the number of relevant opportunities available and the stage of your candidate journey.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
4.2 Types of SMS Messages We Send
Our SMS communications may include:
• Initial outreach about specific contract or permanent job opportunities
• Follow-up messages after missed calls
• Screening questions from our Virtual Assistant
• Scheduling confirmations and reminders
• Status updates regarding your application
4.3 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Solomons International at any time by:
• Replying STOP to any SMS message we send you
• Replying HELP for assistance or contact information
• Contacting us directly at the address listed in Section 11
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications unless you provide new consent. Note that opting out of SMS does not remove your resume data from job board platforms; you must manage that separately through those platforms.
4.4 Automated Messaging
Some of our SMS and phone outreach is conducted by an AI-powered Virtual Assistant. Messages sent by this assistant are clearly identified as coming from a Virtual Assistant on behalf of Solomons International. The Virtual Assistant does not make hiring decisions and human recruiters are available to follow up on any interaction.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 With Clients
With your consent, we may share your resume and relevant profile information with prospective employers (our clients) who have open positions matching your skills and experience.
5.2 With Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our communications infrastructure, including:
• Twilio, Inc. — SMS and voice communications platform
• Retell AI — AI-powered Virtual Assistant platform
• CRM and applicant tracking system providers
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solomons International, our clients, candidates, or the public.
5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• Active candidate profiles are retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us
• SMS communication logs are retained for up to 2 years
• Placed candidates’ records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and contractual purposes

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
